WEST TAMPA -- Nearly two months have passed since a Florida National Guard governing board announced it would begin the due diligence process with three local groups interested in redeveloping the 9.6 acres of the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory site, and Tampa city officials have yet to begin the process.

That apparently hasn't had too deep of an effect on a couple of the groups wanting to move forward with the project.
