The Armory Partners Group is spearheading a redevelopment project designed for West Tampa, based on direct input from the people of West Tampa, to create job training, career opportunities, affordable housing, and a live-work environment that allows for sustainable growth for West Tampa.
The Group is tied to the West Tampa community through six generations. The Group has spent nearly three years working closely with the West Tampa CDC, West Tampa Chamber, West Tampa Volunteers, West Tampa Community Leaders, and listening to the needs of the residents of West Tampa to redevelop Fort Homer Hesterly Armory.

The Armory Partners Group has devised a plan to turn the historic Fort Homer Hesterly Armory site into a multi-functional office, sound stage, studio, restaurant/retail, and workforce housing park, with on-the-job training and educational components. |
